2. Services Provided

J&R Poop Patrol offers professional dog waste removal services to help make pet ownership cleaner and more convenient. We take care of the dirty work so you can enjoy a fresh and waste-free yard.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up for service and to update any changes as needed. You are responsible for ensuring that your dog(s) are in good health and current on vaccinations. If your dog may act aggressively or prevent us from safely accessing your yard, they must be confined during scheduled visits.

4. Payment Terms

All billing is handled digitally. Payments are collected either:

• Monthly in advance at the end of each month for the upcoming month’s service, or
  
  

• Weekly prior to service, depending on your service agreement.
  
  

Timely payment is required to avoid service interruptions. A $25 late fee will apply to any payments overdue by 10 days.
Missed visits due to inaccessible property (e.g., locked or broken gates, aggressive dogs) will still be charged.

Inclement Weather Policy

If roads or yards are covered in ice or snow, service will be postponed until conditions are safe. Missed visits due to inclement weather will be made up on your next scheduled service day. No credits will be issued as we will collect accumulated waste during the next visit.

Yard Conditions

J&R Poop Patrol is not responsible for missed waste due to leaves, overgrown grass, weeds, or other yard debris. We ask that customers maintain their yards for the best results. In areas with rocks or gravel, we will do our best to remove all visible waste, though some may be missed.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by notifying us via email at least 24 hours in advance. Any charges incurred before cancellation will remain due.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&R Poop Patrol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J&R Poop Patrol, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Changes to Terms

J&R Poop Patrol reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
