Absolutely! At J&R Poop Patrol, we know how frustrating and unsightly dog waste can be, especially on large properties. That’s why we offer reliable pet waste removal for all types of commercial spaces, including apartment complexes, condos, dog parks, public parks, HOAs, and businesses both big and small. If pet waste is a problem, we’re the team to clean it up and keep your property looking its best.
At J&R Poop Patrol, we work year-round to keep your property clean—rain or shine! Most weather doesn’t slow us down, but in the case of extreme conditions, we may need to reschedule for safety. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away. For pet care services, we typically follow local school closings as a guideline.
We’re very sorry, but J&R Poop Patrol does not handle the removal of deceased pets. We believe that a beloved pet deserves to be cared for with dignity and respect by their owner or through proper channels. However, if we come across small deceased wildlife like squirrels or birds during your regular service, we will safely remove and dispose of them.
Not at all! J&R Poop Patrol services are totally contract-free. You’re free to start, stop, or make changes to your service whenever it suits you—no long-term commitment required. We just ask that you give us a 7-day notice for any pause or cancellation.
Your pet’s health and the cleanliness of your yard are our top priorities. Since pet waste can carry harmful bacteria, parasites, and diseases, we take extra precautions. Our team disinfects tools and footwear between every yard to prevent spreading anything from one property to another. It’s just one of the ways we help keep your pets—and your space—safe and healthy.
Our goal is to give you the best service possible—but we can only scoop what we can see. We don’t rake or move leaves, so during the fall season, we recommend clearing your yard of leaves 3–5 times to help us do a thorough job. Keeping the area clear makes it easier for us to spot and remove all the waste effectively
Definitely! We love being part of the community and proudly support local events, pet rescues, and organizations. You’ll often find us partnering with pet-friendly businesses and showing up at events around town—we’re all about giving back and staying connected to the neighborhoods we serve.
If you're heading out of town and your dog won’t be using the yard, just let us know! We’ll gladly skip your service while you're away and adjust your invoice to reflect the missed visit. Just be sure to give us a quick heads-up so we can plan accordingly.
Your service day is scheduled based on your address using our optimized routing system to ensure efficient and reliable service.

Yes, our team loves dogs! We look forward to meeting you and your dog(s) during the first visit to help ensure a smooth and friendly experience moving forward. If your dog is aggressive or prevents us from safely entering the yard, we kindly ask that they be secured during service. If we’re unable to access the property due to an unrestrained dog, the visit will still be charged. The safety of our team is very important to us.
Yes, gates must be unlocked on your service day. For safety reasons, our technicians will not climb or attempt to bypass locked or blocked gates. If you use a combination lock, please contact us before your first visit to provide the code. If we’re unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, blockage, or an aggressive pet, the service may still be charged.
Payments are collected digitally at the end of each month for the upcoming month’s service, or weekly in advance, depending on your service agreement.
We do not provide specific arrival times for our services. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule when possible. To keep costs low and maximize efficiency, driver routes are optimized at midnight the day before service.
